Planning I

This phase involves a two-way knowledge transfer process as we gain a deeper understanding of your business and project requirements. You learn more about our capabilities and the various web and technology opportunities available to you. Together, we establish priorities and goals, and build the roadmap to get you where you want to go.

Planning II

In this phase, we prototype the functional systems, refine the technical specifications, create user interfaces, and develop plans for testing, training and deployment. The final deliverable for the phase, is our team commitment defining exactly what we will deliver, with what resources, by when.

Development

The creative team completes and integrates the front-end while the technical team generates code for the back-end functionality.

Testing

Once production has been completed, we begin user-testing and quality assurance processes.

Delivery

We train users of your organization on the various functional systems. Client sign-off is provided only when your organization is completely satisfied with the final product.
